Rated on a scale of 1-5. 1 being very poor and 5 being excellent.
It is like having a
comfortable place to live and
you get really close to the
girls in your ward because of
living so close nit- it is
fantastic!

It's a bit crowded but it's
close to the Heart building,
and in the perfect location
for getting groceries and
going to school. The design of
the apartment is efficient.

I would say it gets pretty
crowded at times, but overall
it's not bad at all. It's
definitely not as nice as
other apartments, but you
don't pay much either. The
wards are awesome, and the
location is worth it all to
me. Roommates have always been
awesome, and everyone is
friendly.

I have lived there since my
first semester at college. I
loved the location and the
management. They are helpful
and understanding. The parking
is a bit difficult some nights
but you have amazing wards and
live close to boy apartments.
you become close friends to
those around. The apartments
are in livable conditions...
just remember this is college
nothing is new!

Royal Crest is very connected
to the college atmosphere. The
people here like to have fun
and be connected to campus. It
has a very home-like feel and
though they are not the nicest
apartments you could live in,
they are nice and perfect for
the price.

It is great! I like how homey
it is, but there could be some
new appliances.

I would tell them that the
complex is very friendly and
has awesome student wards
where the bishopric is very
involved with each student.
Everybody knows everybody else
and conflict seems to be rare.

Royal Crest is a good apt. to
live in. I have enjoyed it
very much, the neighbors are
good, and the people are nice.
